Who we are
This website is operated by Black Tier Capital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16418564). Registered office: C/O SJT Accounting Solutions Ltd, Abbey House, 25 Clarendon Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1QZ. We are the controller of personal data collected through this site. What we collect
- Enquiry forms: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to provide (phone number, company name, sector, location, role and your message).
- Basic technical information: the page you submitted from, the referring page and an approximate country, used to understand how enquiries reach us.
- The site assistant: questions typed into “Ask a question” are answered inside your browser from this website’s content. They are not sent to us or stored.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and, where you want to, to take a conversation forward. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement. We do not add you to marketing lists from these forms, and we do not sell your data.
Who processes it for us
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Enquiries are saved to Black Tier’s own enquiry workspace, and confirmation emails are sent through a transactional email provider. These providers act on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for 24 months from our last contact, unless a continuing business relationship means we need them for longer, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site does not currently set any analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, nothing will be set until you choose to accept it, and you will be able to change your choice at any time.

About the imagery
The page illustrations on this website are AI-generated images created with OpenAI’s ChatGPT image generation. They show fictional settings. They are not photographs of our premises, people, clients, the businesses we own or work we have completed, and each one is labelled as illustrative where it appears.
The moving film behind the homepage introduction is a separate AI-generated clip made with Higgsfield: a Cinema Studio still animated with Kling. It is an aerial impression of the City of London and does not show any business the group owns or is considering.
Genuine evidence is identified separately and attributed to its source. For example, the Hall of Vape turnover figures are approximate figures supplied by Shaun Yendall.
